All products from Histological are made to order. Please allow time for production and shipping.

1. Processing Time

Orders typically take 3–7 business days to produce before shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated shipping (after production):

• U.S. Orders: 7–15 business days

• International Orders: We currently ship to the United States only.
  International shipping will be available soon.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and product weight.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays, customs issues, or lost items once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us — we’ll help you follow up with the courier.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require a reshipping fee.
