Q: Are your products made to order?
A: Absolutely. Each piece is made just for you — no dusty shelves, no forgotten stock. Handmade (or hand-pressed) perfection every time.
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Production takes about 3–7 business days, and shipping depends on where you live. U.S. orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment.
Translation: good things (and shirts) take time.
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Sadly, no — all items are made to order. But if something arrives damaged or not quite right, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll fix it faster than you can say “oops.”
Q: I entered the wrong address. What now?
A: Happens to the best of us. Email us immediately at histological.store@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. If it’s already in transit, we’ll help you arrange a reship (additional fee applies).
Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: We live on PayPal. That’s our main payment method — secure, easy, and less judgmental than your bank app.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We start making your order as soon as it’s confirmed, so cancellations aren’t usually possible. But if you message us right away, we’ll see what can be done.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, but delivery times vary. We can’t control customs, but we’ll send you tracking so you can stalk your package responsibly.
Q: How do I contact you about collaborations or wholesale?
A: Email us with “Collab Inquiry” in the subject line. Bribes in the form of memes are appreciated but not required.
