Refund Policy

Because all items at Histological are made to order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will review and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

2. Non-returnable Items

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or color selection (please review product details before ordering)

3. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method via PayPal.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
